A £100 non refundable deposit must be paid to secure and confirm a booking date.

Balances must be paid in full 4 weeks before actual date.

Where you cancel the contract at any time up to 6 weeks before the wedding day you will need to forfeit the deposit. Cancelling between 4 and 6 weeks before the wedding date, you will need to pay 50% of the price. The deposit will be deducted from the cancellation fee. Between 2 and 4 weeks before the wedding day 75% of the price and where you cancel two weeks before the wedding day you pay 100% of the price.

All our vehicles are over 40 years old and there may be a risk of breakdown. If there is a vehicle issue before your day we will immediately contact you and discuss alternative vehicle options. We will assist in every way possible in this event. If no acceptable alternative can be found, compensation will be limited to the full refund of the hire charged. We recommend and advise that the client obtains appropriate wedding insurance for their own protection.

 

In the event of delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, road closures or extreme weather conditions no liability will be accepted.

 

All vehicles are cleaned prior to departure, but no liability can be accepted for clothing etc being marked, stained or dirtied by road dirt, exhaust dirt, oil or grease from any part of the vehicle.

 

Children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 for all journeys and must occupy their own seat as they are not allowed to travel on the lap of another passenger. No child seats or restraints are allowed to be fitted. No children under the age of 3 years old are allowed in these vehicles due to the legislation with regard to seat belts. There are no seatbelts in these vehicles.

The standard hire period is up to 3 hours from the time we arrive at the collection address to the time we leave the reception venue. If you feel you would like additional time, this can be arranged and the charge is £60 per hour or part thereof.
